Negative Thoughts And Obesity

 

  


You think thousands of thoughts every day. You talk to yourself more than anyone. You are your trusted advisor and trustworthy. You never share much of what you say with yourself because doing so will expose you to the "real". You are full of doubt, anxiety, grief, guilt, pain, and frustration.


The lone contrast is that you focus. Allow me to ask you an inquiry. If you have obstructed all adverse discussions with you, for example 

- I'm fat 

- Why does anybody need to cherish me? 

- I won't ever be flimsy 

- I generally fall flat 

Also, the rundown continues forever; how would you feel? Do you figure you will feel genuinely light? Do you believe that you will be cheerful? Do you believe that you will feel more certain?

  Your goal now is to feel good. How are you feeling now  If you only observe what feels positive about you, you will feel good, you will be happy. Decide how you want to feel here and now. Decide that you will always find the good inside you and appreciate that goodness.


  

So what does all this have to do with losing weight? everything !!!  Your emotional state is a control valve that determines what draws you to your experience. How you communicate with yourself shapes your beliefs and programs. So you need to ask yourself, do you want to base your beliefs and subconscious programming on negative thinking? Or do you want your beliefs to be based on truth, that you are always and a perfect being?
